Synopsis
A shy fifth-grader named Makoto Maegami finds a weird bouncing hairball stuck to his head. The hairball eats one of Makoto's buttons and turns into an alien creature called Gonjiro. Able to transform into anything to get Makoto out of tough spots, Gonjiro serves as both a protector and a source of trouble. Together they go through various misadventures, with Gonjiro always there to save Makoto from any hairy situations.
