Synopsis
In 2014, Shibuya secedes from Japan to become an independent nation, transforming into a thriving city inhabited exclusively by youths. Essential resources like electricity, water, and food are delivered through pipelines from the outside, while overhead cables stretch across the skyline like a net, making the young residents feel trapped. Within this city, individuals known as Prayers earn their livelihood by engaging in musical battles. These contests involve converting music into electrical signals sent directly into the brain, allowing them to attack opponents both mentally and physically. The project was originally planned as a four-part OVA but was halted after only two episodes were finished.
