Love Live! School Idol Project
ラブライブ! School idol project
Synopsis
At Otonokizaka High, the student body has shrunk to a dangerously low level, putting the school's very existence at risk. Honoka Kousaka, a second-year student, is determined to stop this from happening. Inspired by the popular idol unit A-RISE, she decides to create a school idol group to raise the school's visibility. Together with her close friends Umi Sonoda and Kotori Minami, Honoka forms μ's (pronounced "muse"), hoping it will draw more students to Otonokizaka High. But their journey is not easy. Student council president Eri Ayase is against the idea of a school idol group and will do everything she can to stop them. Also, finding more members is hard for Honoka and her friends. Their best chance is the Love Live, a national competition that showcases the most popular school idol groups. With the contest coming up, Honoka must quickly put together her team and win the Love Live to save her school from being shut down.
