Continues the story of Locke the Superman: New World Command
Azalea has been living on the Colony-Planet of Dinahl, her memories a blank until a mysterious voice calls out her name. A second voice urges her to come to a park perched atop a towering skyscraper. When she arrives, she finds others who share her condition, none of them able to remember their pasts or how they ended up following this summons. Each of them possesses an extraordinary ability: Eno's psychic powers, Umoth's X-ray vision, Neia's teleportation, Azalea's telepathy, and Locke's mastery over electricity. Who has gathered them, and what awaits these five superhuman psychics?

"Locke the Superman: Mirror Ring" serves as the 30th Anniversary Episode, continuing the saga after the 1984 theatrical film "Locke the Superman, Mirrenian the witch," the 1989 OVA "Lordleon," and the 1991 OVA "New World Command." In the space history year 0375, both the killing Plan of Esper and the Imperial Plan have failed. Run, who previously executed these schemes due to his obsession with his self-created computer Elena, now lives under the protection of Locke and Near. Meanwhile, Cassandra and Barcov of the Hackers have successfully netted widely dispersed computers across the corners of space, managing to revive abandoned programs. One such program is the federal administrative computer, Elena, who attempts to restart the former Imperial Plan. Upon discovering this, Locke departs to halt her actions. Simultaneously, the federal administration, having detected anomalies, begins to mobilize. With Run and Near in pursuit of Locke, the resulting chaos threatens to engulf the entire Galaxy.
