Synopsis

In "My Love Story!!," Takeo Gouda is a towering, muscular high school freshman whose intimidating exterior masks a brave and kind soul, winning him the respect of his classmates. His best friend, Makoto Sunakawa, is a handsome and naturally cool young man who constantly draws the attention of female students, including those Takeo fancies. After Takeo saves the charming Rinko Yamato from a would-be assault, he falls for her, yet he wrongly assumes she is interested in Sunakawa. Although his feelings for Yamato deepen, Takeo chooses to play matchmaker between her and his friend, quietly hoping to find his own path to romance in the process.
