Synopsis
In "Slayers Excellent," the series delves into the early confrontations and team-ups between rival sorceresses Lina Inverse and Naga the Serpent. Their first joint mission takes place during a rescue operation involving a vampire. Afterwards, Lina is hired as a bodyguard for Sirene, the daughter of a wealthy man, tempted by a large payment. However, Sirene uses half of Lina's fee before Lina can claim it. To teach Sirene a lesson, Lina stages a kidnapping, which unexpectedly turns into a real abduction, forcing both to cooperate with Naga to save Sirene. The OVA concludes with Lina and Naga clashing over a fashion-related dispute.
