Synopsis

Four decades after the events of the original TV series, Remy Shimada—former pilot of the GoShogun—is caught in a catastrophic accident while heading to a gathering with her old robot-piloting comrades. As they hurry to her bedside, Remy teeters on the edge of life and death, swept up in visions of her past. Even more bizarrely, she finds herself in a hallucination where she and her friends, all restored to their youth, are stranded in a strange city crawling with violent fanatics. The reunion Remy hoped for quickly turns nightmarish when each member of the team receives a sinister letter foretelling their brutal deaths. With only two days left before their predicted end—both in the real world and inside her dream—Remy must find a way out of the City of Fate, clinging to the memories of her companions for strength, even as they gather around her hospital bed in the waking world.
