Synopsis

In the coastal city of Donghai, where both rainfall and freshwater are always scarce, motorcycle fanatic Lin Yunxiang gets attacked by a superpowered individual after crashing into the son of a major water supplier. This assault awakens a latent power inside him, showing his link to Nezha. While seeking vengeance against his assailant, Lin Yunxiang discovers a far greater scheme at play.
