Synopsis
While walking home from school, Tatsumi discovers an unconscious person near a lake. He quickly realizes this person is actually a breathtaking merman named Wakasa. Because Wakasa's underwater environment has become too polluted to live in, Tatsumi invites him to stay in his bathtub as a temporary home. This new arrangement turns Tatsumi's normal life upside down thanks to Wakasa's lively nature. The situation grows even more chaotic when Wakasa's fellow aquatic beings—Takasu, Mikuni, and Maki—start dropping by without warning. These merfolk prove to be quite troublesome for the high school student. Though he sometimes finds their playful mischief enjoyable, Tatsumi must keep his composure to manage his everyday tasks alongside his developing friendships.
