Synopsis
Scramble Wars is what you get when you toss together characters from a bunch of sci-fi anime, a race setup similar to Wacky Races, super-deformed chaos, and pure insanity. Along with the original Bubblegum Crisis, Gall Force, and Genesis Survivor Gaiarth casts, it also includes figures from other anime like AD Police and Riding Bean. Whether you loved or hated those shows, having seen at least one is enough to enjoy this, though the craziness is so broad and generic that it doesn't really matter if you've seen none of the anime featured in Scramble Wars. Wacky Races? Well, not exactly, but close enough. Genom is putting on a race, and the winner takes home the Genom Trophy! Woohoo! Yay! Enter Priss on her Motoroid, Linna and Nene, Sylia and Mackie, a Boomer... a Boomer? ...okay... and characters from those other anime already mentioned a million times. They all race against one another to win this prestigious trophy for some reason, and every single one of them will do whatever it takes to win it...
