Synopsis

In the 21st century, extraterrestrials have arrived on Earth and coexist with humans. In the quiet town of Enohana, the impoverished student Chigasaki Mayuko ends up sharing a home with NieA, a low-ranking alien known as "Under Seven." Mayuko works hard to get by, while NieA appears completely indifferent to the consequences of her behavior. As this mismatched pair creates the expected friction, the damaged alien mothership looms in the distance.
