Synopsis
The narrative centers on Ling Fei-long, a Chinese exchange student residing in Japan. Ling is the offspring of the White Dragon clan's leader—one of four clans dwelling in the Chinese mountains, claiming descent from mythical creatures. Following the killing of a regular human, Ling gets exiled to Japan to gain understanding of humanity and master his abilities around them.
