Synopsis

In this world, everyone has a level, and most individuals, particularly those engaged in everyday jobs like farming and trading, remain at levels 1 to 5. Only those who fight monsters can advance beyond these low levels, but doing so requires a special role bestowed by God. There are eight such roles: Warrior, Fighter, Cleric, Magician, Rogue, Merchant, Hunter, and Sorcerer. A select few, categorized as Royalty, Heroes, and Sages, possess exceptional abilities, but the majority of the population lacks such powers and must rely on basic occupations to survive. Villagers, possessing the least powerful role, form the basis of town communities. Venturing out to battle monsters is perilous for ordinary villagers, akin to courting death. Yet, one day, a two-year-old child, designated as a villager, discovers a crucial truth: defeating monsters yields immense riches.
