Synopsis

Nanako Usami, a high school student in the peaceful countryside town of Nagarekawa, is urged by her uncle—a city hall employee—to put on a performance at the local zoo as part of a town promotion effort. There, she encounters Yukari Kohinata, her upperclassman from school, who is also set to perform. With Yukari's coaching, Nanako pulls off a successful show. Afterward, they decide to form the "Nagarekawa Girls," an idol duo dedicated to raising their hometown's visibility.
