Synopsis
Portable Airport is a three-minute animated short from Studio Kajino, a production company affiliated with Studio Ghibli. The project was supervised by Yoshiyuki Momose, who is recognized for directing the Ghiblies series. Originally set for release on November 16, 2004, it was intended to be featured on the "Ghibli ga Ippai Special Short Short" DVD along with other Ghibli shorts like Sorairo no Tane, On Your Mark, Space Station No.9, Nandaro, and several commercials. Additionally, the short was screened as part of a double feature before the live-action film Cutie Honey.
