Synopsis
Continues the story of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc
In the Swordsmith Village Arc of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, the Demon Slayer Corps has guarded the Swordsmith Village's location in secrecy for generations. Famous for crafting the finest weapons, this settlement supplies the essential tools Demon Slayers require to battle demons and safeguard humanity. After Tanjirou Kamado's sword suffers irreparable damage, he journeys to the village alongside his sister, Nezuko, to secure a replacement. Simultaneously, the death of a high-ranking demon creates shockwaves across the demon world. While Tanjirou is staying in the village, he meets Mist Pillar Muichirou Tokitou and Love Pillar Mitsuri Kanroji, only to realize that dark forces are converging on the village, endangering the Demon Slayers' main source of weaponry.
In this installment
Following the grueling clashes with the Upper Rank Demons, the Ubuyashiki family readies the Demon Slayer Corps for a final showdown against Muzan Kibutsuji's forces. To bolster the organization for this ultimate war, a specialized training camp is established under the guidance of the surviving Hashira, the Corps' elite warriors. Each Hashira devises a unique regimen aimed at honing both their own signature abilities and the skills of the regular Demon Slayers. At the center of this preparation, Tanjirou Kamado, still recuperating from his recent battle, dedicates himself to the rigorous training alongside the Hashira. Simultaneously, his half-demon sister Nezuko undergoes evaluation by experts including Shinobu Kochou. Tanjirou's goal is to master every technique the Hashira can teach, ensuring he is completely ready for the impending conflict. His resolve remains unshaken: to be the one who brings an end to Muzan's reign of terror.
