Synopsis
In Odd Taxi, Hiroshi Odokawa, a walrus known for his blunt and quirky demeanor, lives an unassuming life working as a taxi driver. While on duty, he picks up a diverse array of passengers, including Taichi Kabasawa, an unemployed man chasing online stardom; Miho Shirakawa, a nurse shrouded in mystery; the struggling comedy duo Homo Sapiens; and Dobu, a well-known troublemaker. Odokawa's daily rhythm is shattered when he becomes entangled in the investigation of a missing girl, a situation that draws the attention of the yakuza and two corrupt police officers who begin to pursue him.
