Synopsis
Control Bear is an artistic project defined by its distinctive dark humor, going beyond the conventional concept of a character and entering the domain of art. After an extended period of experimentation across various creative mediums—including typography, collage, and illustration—the artist determined that using this character as a vehicle was the most effective way to reach a broad audience with his message. By presenting an image that is both startling and unconventional—a sweet, innocent bear removing his own head—the artist conveys his point: you are the one in control of everything, remain strong-willed, and do not let yourself be manipulated by others or merely conform to what people expect of you. Despite its extreme simplicity, this piece of art carries a profound message.
