Synopsis

While on a mission near the Yunnan border to capture drug traffickers, a special forces unit accidentally discovers and interrupts an ancient ritual deep within the caves of the Shu civilization, which has been ongoing for centuries. The squad suffers severe casualties, leaving only Shen Shuang and anti-narcotics officer Sun Desheng alive, saved by a mysterious white-haired figure named Wu Hao. In the aftermath, the two survivors are recruited into the "Civil Affairs Investigation and Research Bureau" and become increasingly drawn into paranormal incidents, gradually uncovering the existence of a concealed world.
