Synopsis

Frontier Works produced the OVA adaptation of "Moe Can Change!", which is based on a free-to-play mobile game from Ambition. The original game is a lighthearted bishoujo moe experience centered on rearing Miroid and swapping outfits, where players take part in a beta test to nurture and style androids designed to resemble girls.
