Synopsis

Maeda has just relocated to a new apartment and is getting settled when Chie Satonaka, a cute middle school student, suddenly appears in his room, announcing herself as his new landlord. This catches Maeda off guard, as he hadn't expected such a young landlord. His joy increases when Reiko Shirai, an attractive woman from the neighboring unit, comes over to introduce herself as his neighbor.
