Continues the story of Broken Blade
In the land of Cruzon, Rygart Arrow is unique because he lacks the ability to manipulate quartz, marking him as an "un-sorcerer." Nonetheless, Rygart forges bonds with Hodr and Sigyn, destined to become Krisna's king and queen, and Zess, the Secretary of War of Athens Commonwealth's younger sibling. Years pass, and Rygart finds out that tensions are escalating between Krisna and Athens. During a visit to Binonten, Krisna's capital, Rygart realizes his inability to use quartz grants him the exceptional capability to control an ancient Golem—a task beyond those skilled in quartz manipulation. When Zess commands one of Athens' attacks on the capital, Rygart steps into the fray with his new power, aiming to mend the growing divide between the two nations.
