Synopsis

Continues the story of No Guns Life

In a world where the Berühren Corporation has made advanced cyborg soldier technology widely available, those with mechanical enhancements are called the Extended. Among them is Juuzou Inui, a cyborg soldier with no memories of his past, who now runs a business dealing with issues involving the Extended community after the war. When he hears about a rogue Extended who has kidnapped a child, Juuzou returns to his office. There, he finds a large robotic figure carrying a boy, begging for help. Although he could turn the fugitive in, Juuzou senses something is wrong and decides to look deeper. As various groups try to capture the child, Juuzou gets caught up in uncovering the truth behind the Extended’s escape, its ties to the Berühren Corporation, and the extent of the betrayal hidden within the city.

In this installment

Juzo Inui, designated as Gun Slave Unit Device 13, now possesses Rosa's data. While multiple groups appear to seek this information either to uncover its secrets or eliminate it, it becomes evident that the data's contents are ultimately irrelevant to anyone. Wachowski, the leader of the anti-Extremist terrorist organization Spitzbergen, pressures Tetsurō into employing Harmony to force Juzo to neutralize Gun Slave Unit Device 7, who operates for Berühren. Juzo eventually confronts Seven, but as widespread corruption and betrayals unfold, it becomes clear that Berühren is the true orchestrator of all events.
