Synopsis
An interdimensional rift once opened above the Sea of Japan, unleashing two monsters into the sky that were seen by coastal nations. After the naval forces sent to investigate were destroyed, the creatures fought each other. From Japan, scientists Joe and Marie Hayakawa were pulled into this portal during the chaos. When they returned, they recorded their experiences in a famous book titled "Day of Succession." Twelve years later, they set out on a second journey to that otherworldly realm and never came back. Determined to find their parents and the mysterious Wonderland they studied, twin siblings Ai and Yu Hayakawa begin their own search. They wait at the ruins of an old subway station for a train that will take them to the alternate dimension. On board, they meet Lisa Pacifist, who immediately offers to help them look for Joe and Marie. Can Ai, Yu, and Lisa discover what happened to the missing scientists?
