Unfortunately, this narrow passage became the gateway through which denizens of hell slipped onto the island, attracting anarchists, criminals, and even illegal immigrants, turning the streets of this sea-bound city into a globally notorious den of peril. Despite how forsaken the streets appear, a certain order does prevail in this place, even as it serves as a hotbed of crime.
