Synopsis

The nefarious Phone Pole Team is dedicated to a singular objective: world conquest. Finding global domination too difficult, the group has pivoted to a new strategy of capturing the world one prefecture at a time. Upon learning of these plans, the mayor's office of their current target recruits the entire high school baseball team—consisting of all three members—to face this threat. Throughout this one-shot OVA, our heroes must battle Faceless Minions(tm) and rampaging cyborgs, attempt desperate undercover operations, and navigate a touch of romance, all while striving to protect their neighborhood and justify the stipend provided by the city council.
