Synopsis

In the realm of Ente Isla, the Demon Lord Satan commands a fearsome demon army, spreading terror and conquering lands until his campaign is shattered by the hero Emilia. Forced to flee through a dimensional rift, Satan arrives in modern-day Tokyo accompanied by his loyal general Alsiel. Though he intends to reconquer his homeland, he quickly discovers that his magical powers are nullified in this magic-less world. Assuming the human alias Sadao Maou, the former demon lord secures employment at MgRonald's fast-food restaurant to survive. As he navigates the corporate hierarchy and grapples with mundane struggles like part-time work, household chores, and financial instability, Satan realizes that ruling over Earth requires mastering these daily challenges just as much as reclaiming Ente Isla.
