Synopsis

Mo Fan was believed to have died, but when rumors of his survival begin to circulate, his childhood friend Zhang Xiaohou sets out on a journey to find him. After they reunite, Mo Fan recruits Zhang Xiaohou and Li Man to track down a giant lizard, intending to use its soul to neutralize the harmful effects of his demonic abilities. As Mo Fan gradually reclaims his humanity, he spends time with his stepsister Ye Xinxia in Song City, where they encounter a massive snake looming over the city. Consulting his mentor Tang Yue about the serpent, she reveals its history during a visit to her island home. Mo Fan agrees to protect the snake, receiving its valuable shed skin as a reward. Meanwhile, a White Eagle demon attacks the Western fortress, unleashing a plague that spreads from Bai City to Song City. When the giant snake is falsely blamed for the epidemic, Mo Fan vows to clear its name by uncovering the true source of the disease and finding a cure.

In the special chapter of Full-Time Magister, mage Mo Fan and his companion Ling Ling are pulled into a long-standing unsolved case after receiving a mysterious call from the Hunter King. Their probe uncovers an extensive conspiracy orchestrated by the Red Beast, which has been gaining power by feeding on demons such as Yi Qiu and Lu Kun, drawing ever closer to its final objective. Following a brutal fight for survival, Mo Fan, with assistance from Ling Ling and ally Wang Yue Qian Xun, defeats the Red Beast. However, this victory is short-lived, as they realize that the enemy they vanquished was only a copy, and Mo Fan has unknowingly stepped into the Red Beast's trap.
