Synopsis
Kae Serinuma is a gentle second-year high schooler and a dedicated otaku with a secret love for BL, or Boy's Love, often daydreaming about her male classmates falling for one another. Despite her kind heart, she is known for being noticeably overweight. After her favorite anime character dies, Kae falls into a deep depression, skipping meals and isolating herself for a week. When she finally returns, she has shed the weight and transformed into a strikingly beautiful girl. This dramatic change draws the attention of four boys from her school who immediately begin competing for her affection. While they pursue her eagerly, Kae's true desire is for them to fall in love with each other. The story follows her efforts to navigate this chaotic situation with her four admirers, all of whom are captivated by her unique, BL-obsessed nature.
