Synopsis
Continues the story of Masquerade
Masquerade centers on the Hiraga bloodline, of which Gen is a descendant. After recently becoming an orphan, he moves into his grandmother's home and accidentally activates the Hiraga clan's curse, which causes nearly every member to have a tragically brief existence. Inside his grandmother's house, Gen starts to piece together hazy recollections from a recurring dream he has always had. With assistance from an American graduate student, they attempt to uncover the mystery of the Hiraga lineage, the whispered legend of immortality encoded in his genes, and a method to prevent Gen from suffering the same fate as all of his ancestors before him.
