Synopsis
Continues the story of Aoharu x Machinegun
Hotaru Tachibana, driven by a strong sense of justice and often mistaken for a boy, confronts a popular host at a club after learning he deceived her best friend. There, the host Masamune Matsuoka challenges her to a toy gun "survival game," with the loser being the first one hit. Following a chaotic match where Hotaru loses, Masamune forces the young "boy" to join his survival game team Toy Gun Gun to pay for the damages "he" caused. Though initially reluctant, Hotaru grows to enjoy the games and aims to settle her debt, irritating fellow member Tooru Yukimura. Over time, she forms deep bonds with the team and is driven to help them win the Top Combat Game (TCG), a national competition for elite survival game teams. However, Hotaru faces two major obstacles: she struggles with the game itself, and Toy Gun Gun has a strict rule against having female members.

Team Gun Guin finds themselves unexpectedly entering a fresh survival game, only to be shocked into competing while wearing full cosplay outfits. Through Yuki's cosplay costumes and various antics that unfold, the team needs to figure out how to overcome their opponent.
