Synopsis

Continues the story of Dorami-chan: Mini-Dora SOS!!!

This episode takes place in the future, where the main characters from Doraemon have all grown up and now have children of their own. Minidora (a miniature Doraemon) is accidentally delivered to the future home of Nobita. The sons of Gian, Suneo, and Nobita play with Minidora, using the special gadgets he pulls from his pocket. However, trouble arises when they run away from Dorami, who has come to retrieve Minidora.

This 1991 Doraemon short film features Dorami. Nobita's distant descendant Sewashi grows concerned about another ancestor, Nobihei, who lives in feudal-era Japan with companions who closely resemble Gian, Suneo, and Shizuka. The story highlights Dorami's own problem-solving method, which favors stepping back and letting people help themselves rather than intervening directly, as Doraemon often does.
