Summary
Shou Hei Kun serves as a pillar of the Qin court, holding the position of Chancellor of the Right. Recognized as a strategic genius, he acts as the Head of Military Affairs for King Ei Sei. He also leads the strategist academy, where he has taught Mou Ten, Mou Ki, and Karyo Ten the ways of military arts. In his youth, he was a brilliant student under Ko Shou, one of the former Qin Six Great Generals.
