Summary
Miki Katsuragi is the daughter of a high-ranking police official. Following the death of her mother, she was placed in the White Swan facility because her father is a workaholic who cannot care for her personally. To get his attention, she frequently abuses the special emergency call function that her father installed on her phone. No voice actors have been assigned to this character yet.
