Yukuhashi, Mizou
Summary
Mizou Yukuhashi is a senior in Class 13 and a member of the Flask Plan's Thirteen Party. He is a very short individual with white hair, typically seen wearing a mask, a large backpack, and a red scarf. Yukuhashi is constantly accompanied by Oudo Miyakonojou. In his younger years, Yukuhashi was tormented by his ability to read minds, which caused him to hear the noise from radios and cell phones. Rather than breaking down, his mind simply decayed slowly. However, when he first met Oudo, Yukuhashi's world fell silent because Oudo's Abnormality canceled out his own, leading the two to become inseparable.
