Summary
Nakatsu, Shuuichi harbors romantic feelings for Mizuki, completely unaware that she is actually a girl. This misunderstanding leads some of his classmates to assume he is gay, a label Nakatsu appears to have accepted. According to Umeda, Nakatsu is simply drawn to Mizuki’s feminine qualities, reacting like any typical teenage boy to her presence. However, he is noticeably more excitable than his peers, who either remain unaffected by Mizuki or are better at concealing their reactions. Nakatsu also experiences intense jealousy toward Sano due to Sano’s closeness to Mizuki. He gained entry to the school through a football scholarship and demonstrates exceptional skill in the sport. Originally from Osaka, he speaks with a thick Kansai accent and frequently utilizes the local dialect. He is characterized by his bleached blonde hair.
