Summary
Kiara is an enigmatic figure who frequently appears in the manga, with his true allegiance remaining ambiguous as he could be either an ally or an enemy. He claims that Rahzel belongs to him and asserts that he is merely lending her to Alzeid. Kiara played a significant part in Rahzel’s past, a period she cannot recall, and Minari Endoh has suggested that Kiara might have been her first love. He is revealed to be the second older brother of Baroqueheat. Branowen notes that Rahzel, Alzeid, and Baroqueheat all serve essential roles in Kiara’s scenarios. He harbors affection for Natsume and Branowen, while disliking Baroqueheat and Alzeid.
