Sheila
Summary
Sheila is the Demon Queen who, after losing her beloved dragon at a young age, personally wiped out half of humanity, an event that drastically shifted her perspective on humans. Despite her monstrous nature, she resembles a human girl, with the exception of her triangular, gill-like ears. Initially intending to murder Exa, she instead develops romantic feelings for him. While recognizing Exa as a threat, she chooses not to kill him, adopting a meek facade to persuade him to let her join his journey. Ironically, Exa’s quest is to find and kill the Demon Lord, unaware that Sheila holds that title. She temporarily abandoned her post to travel with him, creating a copy of herself to remain in her place. However, this copy quickly declared its intent to destroy Sheila and become the original Demon Lord. Out of love, Sheila refers to Exa as Hero or 'Yusha' rather than by his name.
