Captain T-Bone serves as a high-ranking Marine officer who is attached to the government agency CP9. Physically, he is distinguished by a skull-like facial structure. Despite his intimidating appearance, he is characterized by a strong sense of honor and consideration, holding a deep aversion to pointless violence. His primary flaw lies in his overly serious demeanor; while he genuinely cares for the soldiers under his command, he frequently fusses over their minor issues in a melodramatic fashion that often makes them feel uncomfortable.
