Summary
Kim, Jong-il serves as the leader of North Korea and is characterized as a cheater who resorts to underhanded tactics to secure victory, such as attempting to assassinate his opponent Koizumi to incapacitate him. He displays the traits of a sore loser, launching a Taepodong missile in retaliation after being defeated by Koizumi and Aso. His special move is the "Democratic People's Riichi," a technique where he declares riichi while discarding a north tile. Following his loss, he was blown overboard the USS George H.W. Bush by jet engine exhausts, with most of his body consumed by sharks, though he eventually returned as a mechanical cyborg.
