Her position in Team Desscaras, between the powerful Abyssal Witch Desscaras and the first male witch, Ichi, makes her feel even more insignificant—especially with her already low confidence. She is also easily embarrassed when complimented on her magic by Ichi. Despite her insecurities, she is a kind-hearted person. Kumugi seems also to come from a noble background, with Spica Harvest being her sister, where she was considered a talent-less child with no chance of becoming a notable witch. She was often mocked by both adults and her peers, which significantly damaged her self-confidence. While Kumugi lacks courage, magic, and combat skill, she makes up for it with her intellectual analysis, which she documents in her reports. Kumugi's greatest strength is her ability to create highly detailed reports about any event she witnesses. This skill is the primary reason Shirabedonna chose her for Team Desscaras. She proved her talent when her report on Ichi’s trial of Uruwashi became the main evidence used in the Witches' Conference to officially announce Ichi’s existence to the world.
