He has blond hair slicked back, typically wearing orange goggles atop his head, and maintains a frown as his default expression. As the individual closest to and most trusted by Iceburg, Paulie holds a distinct perspective on female attire compared to other characters. Unlike Sanji, he frequently expresses outrage at how much skin women like Nami and Kalifa reveal in the presence of men. Initially introduced as a gambler with debts, he attempted to steal two suitcases full of cash from Luffy, but was stopped by Lucci. Despite his failure, he still demanded a ten percent service fee.
