Summary
An operative within the army’s covert ranks, this spy was actively revealing the locations of terrorist hideouts. His cover was blown by a friend of Ryu, resulting in severe injuries that nearly claimed his life. He managed to survive the attack and eventually exacted his revenge inside the underground cryogenic facility belonging to Akira. No voice actors have been assigned to this character yet.
