A, known as the Second Raikage or Nidaime Raikage, served as the leader of Kumogakure. A male shinobi with blood type O, he stood 184.2 cm tall and weighed 84.2 kg. Born on March 1, he is now deceased. During his time in office, he established a formal alliance between Kumogakure and Konohagakure. The agreement was marred when both he and the Second Hokage were ambushed by the Gold and Silver Brothers, who sought to stage a coup d'état. While the Raikage’s fate remains unknown, the Hokage narrowly survived the attack.
