Summary
Chiharu Ogawa is the nephew of Kenji Ogawa, who serves as the head of the Zeniya Family. He was under the supervision of the T.F.O.A as a courtesy extended by Dosuken. During this time, Chiharu met Hana and developed an intense fixation on defeating him in combat. A distinctive feature of his appearance is a kanji tattoo on his arm that spells out "tenchi hongan nishite fukuryouhoushuu."
