Summary
Born on September 11 with blood type A, Teshima Junta is a third-year student at Sohoku High School and a member of the cycling club. Although he failed to make the Inter High team during his second year, he was named captain by Kinjou Shingo in his third year. He eventually secured his spot on the Inter High team by defeating his teammate and old friend Koga. Teshima is intelligent and employs strategic tactics to win races, often collaborating with his close friend Aoyagi. Initially appearing nonchalant, condescending, and teasing, he subtly acts hostile toward the first-years to prevent them from joining the Inter High team. This behavior stems from a complex regarding his status as an ordinary cyclist who cannot reach the elite level, leading him to rely on Aoyagi as part of a two-person team.
