Muroto, Koumei
Summary
Koumei Muroto is the younger of the Arson Brothers and operates as a paid subordinate to Amachi. He is recognized as a notorious thug and appears to have prior knowledge of Daitou Takashi. Koumei aligned himself with Amachi after being promised that his father’s debts would be cleared and that his brother, Zenmei, would be returned to him. Currently, no voice actors have been assigned to this role.
