Summary
Yamato Nakano serves as the female counterpart in the Zero pair designated for sacrifice. While Kouya maintains a solemn demeanor, Yamato possesses an outgoing and vivacious personality. Their dynamic takes center stage during a mini-arc in volume 4, where their passionate and dedicated bond becomes unexpectedly stressful for Yamato. She views her marking as tangible proof of her connection to Kouya, only for it to begin fading without warning. Reflecting the homosexual nature of their relationship, both girls bear identical markings—a zero with a line through the middle—located on the same spot: their breasts.
