Summary
Jiro Shirasu is a Japanese diplomat and politician who leveraged his education at Cambridge to serve as an interpreter and negotiator during the talks between the Japanese government and Douglas MacArthur's GHQ. In the series Billy Bat, he appears as a mysterious figure who assists Kevin on one occasion. No voice actors have been added to this character yet.
