Resistance Member
Summary
This Resistance Member was responsible for abducting Takashi from the hospital. Early in the anime, he was shot down by the army, an event that triggered Takashi to unleash his power. In the manga adaptation, he served alongside Ryu and Kei, where he was the one who identified the Spy and attempted to assassinate him.
